Here's the longer version for the lawyers, Apple, Google, and the people who actually read Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, mobile applications, and related services provided by NOLA App Kitchen LLC ("NOLA App Kitchen," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using one of our apps or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the applicable app or service.
1. Use Our Apps Responsibly
Our apps are designed for entertainment, creativity, productivity, games, humor, and other legitimate purposes described by the particular app.
You agree not to use our apps to:

2. Your Content Is Yours
Some NOLA App Kitchen apps allow you to create, upload, edit, save, or share content.
You retain ownership of content you create or provide, except for materials owned by NOLA App Kitchen or third parties.
You are responsible for the content you create, upload, or share and for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use that content.
You are also responsible for how and where you share content created using our apps.
If you create something that gets you kicked out of your fantasy league, that's between you and your fantasy league.
3. NOLA App Kitchen Intellectual Property
The apps and services themselves, including their software, source code, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, branding, original content, text, sounds, animations, and other materials provided by NOLA App Kitchen are owned by NOLA App Kitchen or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of NOLA App Kitchen intellectual property to you.
You may use our apps for their intended purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable app-store rules.
4. Third-Party Content and Services
Our apps may reference, interact with, or integrate with third-party services, platforms, content, trademarks, or other materials.
Third-party services are controlled by their respective providers and may have their own terms and privacy policies.
NOLA App Kitchen does not control and is not responsible for third-party services or content.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
Some NOLA App Kitchen apps may offer paid features, in-app purchases, or subscriptions.
Prices, subscription periods, included features, and renewal terms will be presented to you before you complete a purchase.
Purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another applicable platform are processed by that platform and are subject to its applicable terms and policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew according to the terms presented at the time of purchase unless canceled through the applicable platform before renewal.
Refunds are handled according to the refund policies and procedures of the applicable app store or payment platform.
6. App Availability and Changes
We work hard to make our apps useful, entertaining, and functional.
However, we do not guarantee that any app or service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that it will remain compatible with every device or operating system.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue an app, feature, or service at any time.
7. Entertainment Disclaimer
Some NOLA App Kitchen apps involve humor, games, predictions, recommendations, fictional content, opinions, or other material that is intended for entertainment purposes.
Nothing in such an app should be interpreted as a guarantee of a real-world outcome.
If one of our apps tells you something good is going to happen and it doesn't, we're sorry.
If it tells you something terrible is going to happen and it does, we're taking credit.
8. User Responsibility
You are responsible for your use of our apps and services.
You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and for respecting the rights of other people and organizations.
NOLA App Kitchen does not monitor or approve every piece of content created by users through our apps.
9. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to an app or service if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or the rules of the applicable app store.
You may stop using any NOLA App Kitchen app at any time.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our apps and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that an app will meet your expectations, operate without interruption, or be free from errors or defects.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NOLA App Kitchen LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our apps or services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from your use of an app or service will not exceed the amount you paid to NOLA App Kitchen for that app or service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NOLA App Kitchen LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of our apps or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above.
Your continued use of an app or service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

This Privacy Policy explains how NOLA App Kitchen LLC ("NOLA App Kitchen," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our websites, mobile applications, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
Our apps generally do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide personal information.
Depending on the app and the features you choose to use, an app may request access to device features such as your camera, photo library, microphone, notifications, or other device capabilities.
We only use those permissions to provide the features you choose to use.
We do not intentionally collect your name, phone number, contacts, precise location, or other personal information unless a particular app specifically requires it and clearly explains why.
VOODOO VIBES
Voodoo Vibes does not collect or transmit personal information to NOLA App Kitchen. V1 has no accounts, backend, advertising, analytics, tracking, crash reporting, subscriptions, or payment processing. Photos and custom text are processed locally on the user’s device. Content leaves the app only when the user deliberately invokes Apple’s native Share Sheet and selects a destination. Voodoo Vibes stores limited preferences and date-validation information locally on the device. NOLA App Kitchen cannot access this information, and it can be removed by deleting the app.
2. Content You Create
Some NOLA App Kitchen apps allow you to create, edit, save, or share content, including text, images, photographs, or other materials.
Where an app is designed to process that content locally on your device, the content remains on your device and is not uploaded to NOLA App Kitchen servers.
If you choose to share content using your device's native sharing functionality, the content is sent to the application or service you select. NOLA App Kitchen does not control how those third-party services handle content you choose to share with them.
You are responsible for the content you create and where you choose to share it.
3. Information Stored on Your Device
Our apps may store preferences, settings, saved content, or other app-related information locally on your device.
Information stored locally is not automatically transmitted to NOLA App Kitchen.
Deleting an app may also delete locally stored app information, depending on the operating system and application.
4. Analytics and Tracking
We do not use our apps to build advertising profiles about you or track your activity across unrelated apps and websites.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
Some NOLA App Kitchen apps may use limited third-party services for purposes such as subscription management, crash reporting, application performance, or similar operational functions.
Where applicable, those services may receive limited technical information necessary to provide their services.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
Some NOLA App Kitchen apps may offer paid features, in-app purchases, or subscriptions.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another applicable platform are processed by that platform.
NOLA App Kitchen does not receive your payment card number or other payment credentials from those transactions.
We may use third-party services to help manage and verify purchases and subscriptions. Those services may receive limited technical and transaction-related information necessary to provide those services.
6. Third-Party Services
Our apps and websites may interact with third-party services when you choose to use features that depend on those services.
Third-party services have their own privacy policies and terms. NOLA App Kitchen is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
7. Children's Privacy
Our apps are not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at the address below.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our apps, websites, and services change.
When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above.
If we introduce features that materially change how we collect or use personal information, we will update this Privacy Policy to explain those changes.
